Fun Run

Fun Run Page Title

Blossom Hill Elementary Home & School Club

The Blossom Hill Fun Run is all about celebrating our students while raising funds along the way! This fun, energetic campus-wide tradition brings the entire school together for a day filled with movement, school spirit, and community connection. Our Honeybees hit the track to walk, jog, and run their way through the event—and they’ll need plenty of encouragement from their families and friends cheering them on!

How It Works: Students Lead the Way

The Fun Run gives students a fun and meaningful way to be part of supporting their school. Rather than putting the focus entirely on parents, students are encouraged to share their excitement with the people who make up their own personal communities.

  • Share the Fun: Students can reach out to grandparents, extended family, family friends, and other special people in their lives and invite them to support their personal Fun Run fundraising page.
  • Keep It Simple: There’s no need to track complicated per-lap pledges. Supporters can make a simple, one-time donation in celebration of each student’s participation and effort.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • Can parents come to watch and cheer? Yes, absolutely! We love having a packed cheering section. Come on out to the field, bring your camera, and cheer on your students as they complete their laps!
  • What should my student wear on Fun Run day? Please send your student to school in comfortable athletic clothes (like shorts or leggings) and supportive athletic shoes that are good for running. Don’t forget to apply sunscreen in the morning, and feel free to send them with a hat for extra shade!
  • Do they need to bring anything specific? Yes, please make sure your student brings a full water bottle labeled with their name. It’s also a good idea to pack an extra t-shirt in their backpack just in case they want to change out of their sweaty/tally-marked running shirt after the event.
  • What happens if my child doesn’t want to run? That is completely fine! The Fun Run is all about school spirit and moving your own way. Students are more than welcome to walk, jog, skip, or cheer on their friends—whatever feels best for them.
