A Place for Every Reader
Explore, Discover & Grow Through Reading
Whether a student is searching for a favorite series, learning about a new subject, or simply finding a quiet place to enjoy a good book, the Blossom Hill Library helps make reading an engaging and positive part of the school experience.
The Blossom Hill Elementary Library is a welcoming space where students can discover new stories, explore their interests, and build a lifelong love of reading.
Throughout the school year, students visit the library with their classes to browse books, discover new authors and topics, and select books to enjoy at school and at home. The library provides a wide variety of reading materials designed to support different ages, interests, and reading levels while encouraging curiosity and independent learning.
With the support of Blossom Hill staff and dedicated parent volunteers, the library continues to be an important part of the school community and a place where students can learn, imagine, and grow.
Volunteer: Become a Library Parent
The library is a busy place, and it takes a team of parent volunteers to keep it running smoothly day in and day out. If you are looking for a calm, rewarding way to be involved on campus, volunteering in the library is a perfect fit. Library volunteers help by:
- Assisting students in finding books during their weekly class checkout times.
- Checking out books for students.
- Checking in and shelving returned books, and organizing reading nooks so books are easy to find.
- Helping set up festive seasonal book displays and managing inventory during our annual Book Fairs.
Whether you can commit to a weekly shift during your child’s library hour or want to pitch in occasionally for special events, your time makes our reading community thrive.
