Volunteer Roles

Math Night is a fantastic, high-energy evening where students get to explore the fun side of numbers through puzzles, logic games, and hands-on challenges.

While Mathnasium is generously bringing the activities and math expertise, we need a dedicated parent crew to manage the logistics and keep the night running smoothly! If you can help us coordinate the details behind the scenes, please explore our open roles below and sign up today by emailing us at View the roles below and email us at volunteercoordinator@davesavehsc.org to join the team!

  • Event Lead: Serve as our main point person to coordinate with the Mathnasium team ahead of time and ensure everything goes off without a hitch on the day of the event.
  • Food Truck Coordinator: Connect with and lock in local food trucks so our families can stay fueled and fed throughout the night.
  • Clean Up Crew: Help us pack up the event, clear out the spaces, and leave our campus looking pristine after the final puzzle is solved.
  • Middle School Crew: We are looking for responsible middle school students to guide younger kids through the various math games and challenges. Volunteers will receive official volunteer service credit for their time!
