The Hive is Blossom Hill’s annual parent-only auction and one of our favorite opportunities to come together as a school community. It’s an evening designed for parents to connect, enjoy great food and entertainment, and support the programs and experiences that make Blossom Hill such a special place for our students.
More than just a night out, The Hive is an important fundraiser for the Blossom Hill Home & School Club. Funds raised through the event help support student enrichment, classroom resources, arts education, technology, community events, and other programs that enhance the experience of every Blossom Hill student.
Whether you attend the event, bid in the auction, donate an item or experience, host a Sign-Up Party, volunteer, or become a sponsor, there are plenty of ways to take part and support our school.

What is The Hive?

Who can attend?
The Hive is a parent-only event open to Blossom Hill families.
How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available for purchase above!
What is included with my ticket?
Your ticket includes admission to the event, dinner, two (2) drink tickets, casino chips to play at the tables, and access to our live and silent auctions.
What is the dress code?
Dress up or keep it simple. Cocktail attire with a little twenties flare is perfect. Gatsby-inspired looks are welcome but not expected. Come as you are and enjoy the night.
Can I participate if I can’t attend?
Yes! Even if you’re unable to attend, you can still support The Hive by volunteering your time, sponsoring a teacher’s ticket, donating an item or experience (such as a vacation home stay), hosting a sign-up party (see sign-up party FAQs below), or participating in our online auction. Every contribution helps support our school community. If you have an item to donation, please fill out this form or contact The Hive committee at hive@blossomhill.org.
How does The Hive support the school?
Funds raised support student enrichment programs, classroom resources, arts education, technology, community events, and overall school excellence.
Are donations tax-deductible?
Yes. The Blossom Hill Home and School Club is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and all eligible donations are tax-deductible.
How can I donate or become a sponsor?

Host a Sign-Up Party
Bring People Together. Give Back to Blossom Hill.
Sign-Up Parties are a fun way for Blossom Hill families to connect while supporting our school. Families or groups of families host an event during the following school year, cover the event costs as a donation, and offer tickets through The Hive Auction. All ticket proceeds benefit the Blossom Hill HSC.
Party ideas can be as creative as you’d like:
- Parents’ nights out, cocktail parties, or themed gatherings
- Poker nights, pickleball, painting, or other activities
- Family events, sports tournaments, or kids’ experiences
- Backyard BBQs, holiday parties, or something completely original
- Host on your own or team up with other Blossom Hill families
Hosting a Sign-Up Party is a great way to meet other families, share something you enjoy, and make a meaningful contribution to Blossom Hill.
