Room Parent Team Job Description
- Act as a liaison between teacher, parents, and Home & School Club, including promptly forwarding emails from the Home & School Club and your classroom teacher.
- Meet with teacher re: upcoming needs and provide general assistance throughout the year.
- Plan and coordinate classroom parties/events.
- Coordinate classroom volunteers (field trip drivers/chaperones, certain school-wide events).
- Coordinate class gifts/teacher appreciation gifts.
- Fifth Grade Room Parents will also be responsible for helping coordinate the 5th Grade end-of-year party and graduation.
